Seeking roommate for delicious 3-bedroom in Aarhus N
I am looking for a roommate for an apartment from 1 / 2-2017. It is a beautiful, new 3-bedroom 84 square meters with large balcony built in 2013, located in Aarhus N at Olof Palmes Alle. The apartment is as I said, almost brand new, has heating in all floors, a dishwasher and washer and dryer. You get your own room - which of the rooms are quite flexible, we can possibly. find out in consultation :-) Both rooms are large (about 16 square meters), bright and with fitted wardrobes. We have to share the bathroom and there is a communal kitchen / dining / living room / balcony. You have to stay with me and my French bulldog, Tilde. My name is Julie, I'm 24 years and reading to nurse. I also work on Dementia Center at IKEA, a special nursing home for the most demented in Aarhus. I work about a couple of nights a week and I love my work. As a person I am very quiet and calm, welcoming and quite easy to handle. I like to be social and would enjoy being able to eat together and chattering in between, but I have pgså need my time alone, to have peace of head :-) I am not smoking and partying does not do much - but it does not have great significance for me if you are a party animal :-) I appreciate a tidy and clean home, but I'm not fanatical. However, I would expect an approximately 50/50 effort with common cleaning. I am seeking a roomie who are also students so we can get housing benefit. Gender and age are generally not important, but it is a great advantage if you have lived with others before.
