Commuter Warehouse in Aarhus C
Hello, We are a couple who rent a 12 sqm room with fitted wardrobes for a nice commute. The apartment is located in the center of Aarhus C, 2 min from Magasin, ILUMS residential building, etc. The apartment is located in a closed yard, therefore no noise. The apartment is 130 sqm with a large community kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom with washing machine etc. There is a possibility that the room is furnished with a single bed, if desired, otherwise there are no furniture. I'm studying at the 4th semester at the University and my girlfriend works for everyday life. We love both to practice sports, be with friends, etc. We expect cleanliness in the kitchen and bath and generally only friendly and non-smoking, otherwise there are no big demands, besides a deposit of 8000 (ie 2 months rent). The rental period can be agreed upon more. Takeover date is not fixed, but may also be August 1st or September 1st. PS. The room for rent is seen in picture no. 2, however, this is an old picture. Pt lives my current roomie there and has arranged it differently. But will be empty per. July. It is possible to rent private parking for the room. The rent will then be 4,800 SEK a month.
